Client: Vodafone
Brief:
To develop the creative concept, produce and deliver a 60’ commercial (with 30’ cut down) to be shown on the big screens at Test match grounds. Vodafone wanted to link England cricket captain Michael Vaughan with the brand whilst demonstrating the services available across the Vodafone network. All to be done in 10 days!
Our response:
Due to the time scale, the creative had to be simple. We came up with the idea of filming Michael fishing and not catching anything, so with nothing to do, he starts exploring the functions on his Vodafone handset. All shot near his home in 4 hours.
Results:
The spot has been screened regularly at Test matches.
